Helleborus x hybridus ‘Hello Red’ – Oriental Hellebore in Bud & Bloom

Helleborus  ‘Hello Red’ is a little stunner – the petals are a pure red-purple with a lovely yellow centre – very rare and very beautiful.The stunning, pendent or outward-facing, saucer-shaped reddish flowers appear from February to April above leathery, deep green leaves. This is a new lenten rose variety and the flower colour is extremely unusual as well as beautiful. The hazy, deep red-purple flowers look particularly good when planted with Spring flowering bulbs such as narcissi and hyacinth. Like all Hellebores, it is a great ground cover plant for areas of dappled shade under deciduous trees and shrubs. Supplied in approx 1-2 litre containers as pictured with buds and flowers in season.
