Symphoricarpos doorenbosii ‘Mother of Pearl’
Compact shrub with small, whitish-pink flowers from early summer to autumn, then a profusion of bright pinkish berries in clusters together, from autumn, to enjoy right up until February. Easy to grow in any soil type, it is winter-hardy and thrives in sunny places or in partial shade. Growing to around 80cms tall and wide, the broad, standing shrub forms slightly arching brownish-red branches with blue-green leaves. For best displays, the plants can be cut back to a height of just 25cm in February or March. Can also be left untrimmed to form low hedges. Supplied in approx 2 litre containers .
