Fagus Sylvatica – Common Beech – Hedging
Fagus sylvatica make for a great hedging plant, native to the UK. Beech present bright, fluttery foliage during spring, before the colours of autumn emerge as coppery orange and brown tones. Fagus can be semi-evergreen hedge plants as, when lightly pruned in August, the leaves may well hold on the branches for the majority of the winter. Supplied in approx 2 litre containers as pot grown plants at around 60cms tall.
