Eucalyptus gunnii – Cider Gum
A magnificent tree after several years, or a superb shrub if kept trimmed, with flaking bark in shades of grey, cream, green and brown. It has silvery-blue, rounded leaves and is probably the most well-known gum in the UK, often seen growing in many gardens and even used as dot plants in park displays. Supplied
