Rhododendron (Azalea) Knaphill ‘Rose’
A smart looking and tidy deciduous Rhododendron that becomes cloaked in flowers in May. This variety produces stunning Rose pink flowers, trumpet shaped and in rounded clusters. The flowers are always the talking point when it comes to Azalea, but its erect upright frame and leathery mid-green leaves also contribute to the merit of this plant.A good thick mulch of compost or well-rotted manure, applied in early spring will help keep this shrub happy as will avoiding chalky soils, all other soil and a sunny aspect will make decent growing conditions.Supplied in approx. 5 litre containers.
